Organizers have the right to record the performances and photograph the performers during their rehearsal and performance. The Organizers have all the rights to distribute the material and use it for promotional or other purposes.

The performer acknowledges that the Organisers may publish photos and/or videos.

The performer releases all rights or claims over any photos or videos, and acknowledges that such material is the property of, and can be used by, the Organisers for promotional or other uses, without compensation to the performer.

Performers may film their own performances and are free to use them as they see fit.
​

The Organizer reserve the right to grant special prizes as they see it fit.
​

Organizers don't take responsibility for the loss of things of the performers on the day of the rehearsals and the competition.

The organizers reserve rights to change the Rules & Regulations of Pole Art Croatia at any moment.

IMPORTANT NOTES
AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN CHOSEN TO PERFORM
MANDATORY DOCUMENTS:

Copy of a valid ID document (passport, resident’s card, ID card...)

Health insurance valid throughout all competition

PERFORMERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO*:

Consume alcohol
-
Consume any substance that change mind consciousness

Take/use any forbidden stimulants, such as steroids, etc.

*Any aberration of this rule will immediately disqualify the performer!
Performers are not allowed to change the theme/storyline and music after September 10th, 2018. After that date, no changed and modifications are allowed.

Performers must arrive at the venue at their allocated time on the day for rehearsals and for the performance. Rehearsal schedule will be delivered to the performer’s email.
​
Performers must ensure they have warmed up and stretched properly prior to performing.
