HOW TO APPLY?
PERFORMERS WILL BE SELECTED BASED ON:

The performer’s description of their proposed Pole Art performance (storyline, theme, emotional message, description of the costume, set, props…)

A video entry to show their skills on the pole.
VIDEO ENTRY
Video entries will be judged on pole skill and performance ability. The video entry does not have to be of the performer performing his/her proposed Pole Art performance. It is desirable to have a balance between pole tricks and floor work and to demonstrate performance skills.

Videos must be 1:30-3 minutes long. Longer videos will not be watched beyond 3 minutes.

The performer must provide a valid link of his video entry (YouTube, Vimeo, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.). Downloadable files will not be considered.

The title of the video application must say that it is an entry for Pole Art Croatia. It must contain the performer's name in the title, e.g. “Natalia Sharar's entry for Pole Art Croatia 2018.”

Only one video will be viewed per performer.

The video must show only the performer performing.

The description of the video on YouTube or Vimeo must contain the entrant's proposed performance on stage during the competition (so that the judges can easily refer to it while watching).

The video entry should be filmed in one single take and must not be edited in any way (no combining of different frames).

It is desirable for the videos to be in a good quality.
APPLICATION FEE
There is an Entry Application Fee of €30EUR to enter. You must pay the fee for each application you submit. If you do not pay the fee at the time that you submit your entry, your entry will not be judged. The entry fee is non-refundable.
